Is this about concentrated synthetic vitamin C or about the natural form? From a chemistry perspective the same, but the natural one comes in a different "package" of other substances (vitamin C complex). I wonder if the effect is the same.
There were a lot of studies on that early on but they were not really followed on. Most of the time current studies use synthetic or natural but purified enough that there is nothing else there (so the same molecule really)
Shameless plug: https://www.beehome.design/ I worked on an app that lets you design your own Bee Home and let it be fabricated at a local makerspace. This way you can help the population of solitary bees.
It actually isn’t. 400 IU is based on preventing disease. To obtain optimal health though, dosages should usually be much higher. Obviously this differs from person to person, but 2000 IU should lead to optimal vitamin D levels. This is an interesting video on the topic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jeLC_b5gDUM
Some more detail: Emscripten has defaulted to emit wasm even earlier, in May 2018. The change this year was to switch how that wasm is emitted, from the old fastcomp+asm2wasm path to the new LLVM wasm backend.
I asked a similar question some time ago: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=13284742 not about the experience, but more about what to keep in mind when switching. Hope it helps.
The role of project management is very different from that of engineering management. For e.g., the former doesn't have any people management, whereas the latter does.
That's not exactly true. A project manager in some ways has a more difficult people management job than an engineering manager does. They're held accountable for the coordination and performance of people over whom they hold no actual authority. That takes some major diplomatic skills.

Amsterdam is not a country. The country is called The Netherlands. Amsterdam is the capital.
Well if we want to be difficult about this, Ireland really isn't a country either. It's a geopolitical region with two separate states on the same major island.
I concur, even before there was widespread corporate advertising my impression of "social networking" was that it was more about advertising your personal activities and beliefs to your network than actually socializing within it.
I believe that was coined by theregister.co.uk ^1, a fine source for quality wordplay and tech news/opinion. Unfortunately fondleslab never took off for tablet.
