That's a very good point! I think as it stands users probably are better suited with obsidian or even vscode. BUT let us not be to limited by what it is today, and think of what it could be tomorrow ;) - I am looking for other developers and contributors to join me in shaping the vision.
Plugins is a great idea. The ability to use existing obsidian plugins could be very powerful. Thank you for the idea!
Slop bug bounty reports have always been an issue. Sites like HackerOne have a triage team that's supposed to filter through the garbage, before it gets to program management.
On the other side of it, I've submitted reports that are valid, have the steps, and show impact. Companies will do everything in their power to not pay you, including changing the back-end code or just stating it doesn't have any impact on business.

Daniel Stenberg, leader and BDFL of the cURL project, has been in contact with HackerOne for at least several months to resolve the situation. It was fruitless. Daniel’s social media posts and blog make that clear.

i guess the question is, have they gotten enough people to completely move from Google to Chat GPT, or will people slowly move back to the convenience of being able to query directly from the address bar? Will OpenAI build a browser? Will there be a bidding war for default “search” on iPhones?
One of my clients is an AI startup in the security industry. Their business model is to use AI agents to perform the initial assessment and then cut the security contractors hours by 50% to complete the job.
I don't think AI will completely replace these jobs, but it could reduce job numbers by a very large amount.
